Physician’s Office Visit: A daily indemnity benefit for each day of a visit due to illness, accident, or medical emergency.
Outpatient Diagnostic Lab Work: A fixed daily benefit for outpatient lab tests ordered or performed by a Physician.
Outpatient Diagnostic X-Ray: A fixed daily benefit for outpatient x-rays ordered or performed by a Physician.
Advanced Studies: A fixed daily benefit for outpatient specialized tests, including Angiograms, CT Scans, EEGs, MRIs, Myelograms, and PET Scans.
Accidental Injury Care: Benefit paid for covered Accident or Accidental bodily Injury, covering initial charges incurred within 90 days of the covered injury.
Emergency Room Sickness: A daily indemnity benefit for outpatient emergency room services resulting from sickness and provided on an emergency basis.
